Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our customers, we kindly ask that you follow our booking and cancellation policies: Booking Notice: Appointments must be booked at least 3 hours in advance. We do not accept early bookings within that 3-hour window. This helps us manage our schedule and deliver quality service to each client. No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged a $25 no-show fee. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your service. Return Policy: As a service-based business, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds after a service has been completed. However, if you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please reach out to us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right. Cancellations: Appointment cancellations or reschedules are accepted up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Anything later will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
